INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Orders dispatched to countries outside of the EU maybe subject to customs duties/taxes upon arrival at their destination country. Payment of any such duties/taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

DISPATCH TIMES

Each item description will let you know if it’s in stock or made to order.
In stock items will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of clearance of your payment. Made to order items can take between 5-14 days to be dispatched. We will contact you to inform you, your purchases are on their way, as soon as they are posted.

DELIVERY

Orders within the UK are sent First Class Royal Mail.
Orders from outside of the UK are sent First Class Airmail.
We obtain proof of postage for all items posted.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders within the UK should arrive within 3 days of posting.
Orders within the EU should arrive between 3-10 days of posting, depending on destination.
Orders to the rest of the world should arrive between 7-21 days of posting, depending on destination.

We’ll give you a more accurate idea of delivery times, when we contact you to inform you, your order has been posted.

Please note all delivery times quoted are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Also First Class Royal Mail and Airmail dispatches are not insured. We cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or damaged in the post. Although we will make every effort to sort out any problems that may arise. Please contact us before placing an order for a quote for insured postage.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. Please do not return any items until you have done so. You the buyer are responsible for shipping charges incurred in returning an item. Returned items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued through PayPal, minus the original postage charges, upon receipt of the returned item.

Personalised items cannot be returned for any reason.
